We are currently seeking four dedicated and experienced Sport Experts to join our clients team (in Basketball, Padel, Tennis or Football). The primary responsibility of this role is to contribute to the development of their academy players and teams by assisting in curriculum development, overseeing strategy implementation, coordinating practices, and promoting the academy's branding and visibility. The ideal candidate will be passionate about their specific sport (in Basketball, Padel, Tennis or Football), possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record in player development.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Purpose:
1. Football Expert helps develop curriculum & strategy for academy and development of teams
2. Oversee the implementation of these strategies & assist coaches in this
3. Coordinate, instruct, motivate, and organize schedules of practices within the academy
4. Ensure implantation of 3D Coaching Methodology; Body, Mind, & Soul
5. Develop a plan to promote the teams and academies by increasing branding & visibility
6. Develop players technical and tactical skills, while also helping to develop their character, mental performance, nutrition, & overall conditioning.
7. Assist coaches in evaluation assessments to players/parents on a regular basis
8. Assure high level of integrity is carried out by the coaches in their coaching methodology
9. Find ways to attract new athletes and retain current ones
10. Assess & evaluate talent & to help develop future teams in the academy
Main accountabilities:
1. In-depth knowledge of the game. Technical & Tactical.
2. Commit with his personal progression, KPI’s and related measurements
3. Implement the technical coaching plan and monthly follow up the coach’s progression.
4. Help Team Coaches organize and scheduling tryouts and shortlisting potential players.
5. Assist Team & Senior Coach in identifying individual player abilities, strengths, and weaknesses, and factoring these into the gameplay and strategy sessions.
6. Great communication & relationship with all coaches; especially Senior Coach & Team Coaches
7. Oversee and help with all communication and needs related to administration
8. Commit to safety measures and report any incident in field ASAP
9. Provide list of tools and equipment need & ensure current equipment is up to standard.
10. Provide ways to promote the academy and seek cost saving solutions.
11. Assure compliance with Federation rules & that all teams are properly registered with league
12. Commit to the 3D training courses & coach’s hub meetings as instructed by Sports Director
13. Create a joyful, family atmosphere with a high standard of excellence
14. Regular team meetings with coaches to help increase their knowledge & professionalism
15. Encourage athletes to be involved in and try other sports/activities
16. Collaborate with the Senior & Team coaches to resolve the parents’ complaints and inquiries
17. Collaborate with the customer service team and the Senior Coach for continuous feedback
18. Participate in all celebrations and events related to Life Sports Club
19. Consistently model what it means to be a high character 3D Coach
20. Assist in identifying and hiring new coaches

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Sports federation training courses
3. Minimum 20 years experience total as Head Coach/Trainer/Coach in the following or equivalent:
National sports council/ Olympic academy/ syndicate of sports profession
Private known Club, AAU Team, High School, College, Professional
Previous Experience:
Experience as a coach:
· Minimum 15+ years of experience with proven experience as Senior Coach
Experience as a player:
· Previous player with Minimum 10 years of experience
Knowledge and Skills needed:
· Excellent technical coaching skills
· Consistent Positive Attitude
· Flexible & Hard Working
