We are seeking several dynamic and experienced coaches (for basketball, Tennis, Football, or Swimming) to join our clients team and spearhead the development of their sports academy. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the curriculum, strategy, and overall success of each of their sports program. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of coaching methodologies, player development, and a passion for mentoring young athletes.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Purpose:
1. Coaches coordinate, instruct, motivate, and organize practices within the academy.
2. To implement 3D Coaching Methodology to train players holistically; body, mind, & soul.
3. Prepare progressive practice plans consistent with overall curriculum and carry out those plans.
4. Develop players technical and tactical skills, while also helping to develop their character, mental performance, nutrition, & overall conditioning.
5. Provide evaluation assessments to players/parents on a regular basis
6. Assess & evaluate talent & to help develop future teams in the academy
Main accountabilities:
1. In-depth knowledge of the game. Technical & Tactical.
2. Commit with his personal progression, KPI’s and related measurements
3. Implement the technical coaching plan and monthly follow up the players progression.
4. Organizing and scheduling tryouts and shortlisting potential players.
5. Determining individual player abilities, strengths, and weaknesses, and factoring these into the gameplay and strategy sessions.
6. Ensuring the Football field is available for practice sessions and that players show up on time.
7. Help in operation execution in collaboration with admins.
8. Commit to safety measures and report any incident in field ASAP.
9. Provide list of tools and equipment need & ensure current equipment is up to standard.
10. Provide ways to promote the academy and seek cost saving solutions.
11. Comply with the federation rules when needed.
12. Commit to the 3D training courses & coach’s hub meetings as instructed by Sports Director
13. Create a joyful, family atmosphere with a high standard of excellence
14. Regular team meetings with players on character development, nutrition, & sports psychology.
15. Encourage athletes to be involved in and try other sports/activities.
16. Collaborate with the Head coach to resolve the parents’ complaints and inquiries.
17. Retain current players and find create ways to encourage new players to join.
18. Collaborate with the customer service team and the Head Coach for continuous feedback.
19. Participate in all celebrations and events related to Life Sports Club.
20. Consistently model what it means to be a high character 3D Coach

Educational Background:
1. Bachelor’s degree preferred
2. Sports federation training courses
3. Minimum 10 years experience total as Head Coach/Trainer/Coach in the following or equivalent:
National sports council/ Olympic academy/ syndicate of sports profession
Private known Club, AAU Team, High School, College, Professional
Previous Experience:
Experience as a coach:
· 5+ years of experience with proven experience as Head Coach
Experience as a player:
· Previous player with 5 years of experience
Knowledge and Skills needed:
· Excellent technical coaching skills
· Sport and sport facility federation rules knowledge
· Motivator & Encourager
· High Character - Good Role Model
· Operation and organizing skills.
· Good English and computer skills
