Plan and deliver English Language ARts (ELA) lessons for students, incorporating language and literacy skills development

The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced English Language Arts (ELA) teacher with at least 3 years of teaching experience. We're looking for someone with strong English skills, good communication, and organizational abilities. In addition to teaching ELA, the role involves giving feedback on students' language skills, maintaining attendance records, and assisting with student transitions, detention, and pick-up as needed. Candidates should embrace a holistic approach, focusing on the overall development of students, including their physical health, mental well-being, identity formation, social/emotional growth, academic proficiency, and cognitive development. We're looking for an English-fluent candidate with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, strong communication skills, and organizational leadership capabilities. Experience or an affinity for holistic methodologies, emphasizing a comprehensive "whole child" approach, is preferred. Training in this philosophy is provided by the school also.
