We are seeking a highly motivated and high-integrity Finance Manager to join our growing accounting firm. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and liaising with clients to deliver high-quality accounting and advisory services. This role requires strong technical accounting skills, hands-on experience with Xero accounting software, and a background in practice working with multiple clients.

- Financial Management & Reporting
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations for assigned clients.
- Prepare accurate management reports, financial statements, and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations.
- Client Liaison & Advisory
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
- Provide timely financial insights and recommendations to support client decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships.
- Accounting & Systems
- Manage bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting within Xero.
- Implement best practices for process efficiency and data accuracy.
- Support system improvements and integrations where required.
- Team & Practice Support
- Assist in training and supporting junior staff in accounting processes and Xero usage.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless client service.
- Contribute to firm-wide initiatives for service quality and growth.
Qualifications & Experience
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, ACA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in an accounting practice, managing multiple client accounts.
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software (certification is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Proven experience preparing client-ready reports and presenting financial information clearly.
