Engage and inspire Lower Elementary students through a dynamic week of math, science, and social studies lessons, fostering positive behavior, overseeing activities like recess and lunch, while collaborating with fellow teachers to create personalized learning plans and maintaining open lines of communication with students, parents, and the community.
Key Responsibilities:
We are actively seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of proven teaching experience, who demonstrates a high level of English fluency, outstanding writing and verbal communication skills, and possesses strong organizational and leadership abilities. The ideal candidate should also exhibit extremely strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Additionally, we highly value experience or an aptitude for holistic methodologies, reflecting a "whole child" philosophy that prioritizes the physical health, mental health, identity development, social/emotional development, academic development, and cognitive development of a child. While specific experience in holistic methodologies is not mandatory, the selected candidate will receive extensive training in this pedagogy to enhance their professional expertise in our inclusive educational approach.
