- Oversee the company’s financial strategy, budgeting, and investments
- Manage international accounting and US tax compliance
- Take responsibility for internal and external audits
- Create quarterly and yearly budgets, quarterly financial reports and monthly dashboards
- Responsible for accounting policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the leadership team on overall corporate strategy
- Train and oversee local accountants in each franchise
- Ensure compliance with international laws and regulations
- Communicate with company stakeholders, investors and auditors
Qualifications:
- Financial background, ideally including international accounting
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Experience in operations management
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
- Willing to relocate to Central Asia or able to visit 2-3 times a year
